Julius Arnold Miller

      
          Julius Arnold Miller, 72, a native of Avon, CT, and resident of Candler for 26 years,
died Saturday, September 19, 1998, at the home of his son in Monument, CO.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Grace Ramsdell Miller, father, Arnold Leroy
Miller, and granddaughter, Kimberly Dawn Miller.
     He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Doris Langer Miller;  one daughter, Dr. Valerie
A. Miller of McDonough, GA;  three sons and their wives, Jay L. and Ann Marie Miller of
Monument, CO, Ross A. and Cheryl Miller of Ayden, NC, and Curt A. and Nerissa Miller
of Greenville, SC;  two granddaughters, Stephanie Kay Miller and Kristina Hope Miller of
Ayden;  two step-grandsons, Augusto Banzali and John Paulo Banzali of the Philippines;
and two sisters, Lucy Ann Johnston of Hazardville, CT and Minnie Pearson of Naples, FL.
     A memorial service will be at 11:00 am Friday at Groce Funeral Home.  Burial will be
in Connecticut at the convenience of the family.
     His family will receive friends from 7 - 9 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
     Memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
