Linda Faye Israel, 73, of Asheville, passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at Mission Hospital.

A native of Buncombe Co., Linda was a daughter of the late Edward and Nellie Mae Stone Carver.

She is survived by her daughters, Jean Israel and Becky Hyatt (Lane); sisters, Dorothy Hensley and Shirley Fender; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday at the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. on Friday at Groce Funeral Home, Patton Avenue.
