Praying for the family in the loss of your sweet Kay. She and her siblings were dear friends from our high school days. May God give you peace and comfort in the days ahead.
I remember Kay from childhood. Her brother Johnny played ball at West Buncombe with my brother Walter, and my Sister Juanita played Basketball with her sister Dean. Then we came along about ten years later and Mr, Jackson coached Kay and myself in the 7th and 8th grades. Kay went on and played very good at Erwin. That is when Girls basketball changed and started playing the entire court and not 2 forwards and 2 guards on half court. Going back even further. Kay and myself are the only two girls that were picked by the boys at recess to play
baseball with the boys at West Buncombe. I would not take anything for the memories. May God Bless this family.
Sorry to hear of Kay’s passing! I will be praying for the family!

So sorry to read that she passed away. My prayers for the family during this time of grief.
I’m so sorry to hear that Linda passed on. Prayers for Sid and the family. I worked with Linda at Reynolds Mountain Dentistry for over 10 years. She was like the “mother hen” to us girls. I remember shortly after I started my job, I got my first apartment and Linda and Nina gifted me with kitchen items since I didn’t have much. She was such a generous person. And she always cracked me up how she called avacadoes “guacamoles.” I loved Linda dearly and enjoyed our talks about the Lord. I’m unable to come to the funeral service but please know how much I miss her and that I’ll be praying for the family.
Kay was a classmate of ours in high school and I’m sure Tom could speak of being in class with Kay at West Buncombe. I always was so happy to see Kay anytime. She was such a beautiful person inside and out, a ray of sunshine and I’m sure heaven is brighter with her there today. Dear family I know you will miss her so . I too will miss her sweet smile and kind ways. May the Lord give you comfort and strength in the days ahead. It is with sadness I read of her passing, but only joy when I think on her life and friendship. So sorry. Carolyn and Tom Dorsey
I wish I could be there in person to say farewell to Linda. She has been a wonderful friend and mentor to me for many years and I am forever grateful for everything she taught me in our work together at Reynolds Mountain Dentistry. I miss our mornings at the office enjoying a cup of good coffee while we started our day.
Blessings to Linda and Family. Much love,
Erin
