Lonnie Harold Teague, 48, of 70 Teague Road, Marshall, died Sunday, December
27, 1998. Mr. Teague was born in Madison County and was a son of Bromia Bailey Teague of
the home and the late Elmer Teague. He is also survived by a daughter, Angela Lender of
Candler; three sisters, Marilyn Ball and Judy Teague of Marshall and Karen Barber of
Leicester; three grandchildren; three nieces; three nephews and one great-niece.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home Chapel on Patton
Avenue conducted by the Rev. William Lance and Mr. William Low. Burial will be in
Redmon Baptist Church Cemetery.
His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and
request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Eliada Home for Children, P.O.
Box 16708, Asheville, NC 28816.
