LONNIE W. BUTLER
ASHEVILLE – Lonnie W. Butler, 56, of Asheville, died on Friday, January 21, 2011.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Butler. He leaves behind a legacy of family and friends.
Each day of his life was enriched by the love he gave and received from everyone.
A celebration of life memorial will be held on Sunday, January 30th at Turkey Creek Baptist Church from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is serving the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.

Mimi, I’m so sorry, I never wanted u or anybody else feel the pain. Baby, just take a minute, hour or day @ a time. Always know that Lonnie loved u more than life. You was his Michelle forever & always. Me & Hannah loved your both. I always like how he always called me Joey. I love u mimi & pray each day that u are able to get thru them. With Gods help u can.

Missy, I was so shocked and saddened to hear about your husbands death. I will never forget you both, in just the small amount of time that I was with you both you made an impression. I want to first say that I am very sorry for your loss. I was shocked when I seen his name in the paper today. My mother Brenda Swann helped raise Lonnie and Johnnie. We were unaware of him being sick. If there is anything we can do for you and your family please don’t hesitate to call. 828)683-3208
