Frank and Laura, We are so sorry to hear of your loss. We will keep you in our prayers. We love you.
Frank and Laura: How deeply sorry we are to hear of your loss. I have such treasured memories of many happy times together with Letz on the ballfield, at church and in your home when our girls were small.May you know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I will always treasure the friendship and love she gave to us. Love Anne Alley
Although I was acquainted such a brief time with ‘Letz,’ I remember
her as a patient, caring person.
This was while she taught ‘special
children’ at Venable School. That was about 1970 to 1974, not positive of the exact date. She had
a small classroom upstairs at Venable, and always brought smiles to everyone she met. Know that you
will miss her, she was such a very
special person. Oh, she was still
Miss Alspaugh at the time. Realize
that my prayers are with you and all
her family. Wilma L. Muse
PS I taught Language Arts for grades
7 and 8 ……..
Frank and Family. We are deeply sorry to hear of your loss. Miss Alspaugh, as we remember her, was a beautiful person, as well as a wonderful teacher. I will never forget what she did for Mack in the years she taught him at Venable. She will be missed by many people. May God bless you and your Family.

Frank, Laura and family:
I just want to let you know what an influence Letz had on my life. I really enjoyed the Ladie’s Retreat last year and singing in the Senior Choir with her. (She was a great alto!) She was a very special person and will be missed greatly. I will be praying for all of you daily that God will comfort each one of you during this time. Linda Stewart

Frank and Laura,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss today. I have many wonderful memories of Letz. I will treasure her friendship and the years I knew her as friend and student in my Sign Language classes. She was such a good support to me during my Mother’s later years. I know she has blessed many people with her walk on this earth, including the Deaf. She was INDEED a very special person with many gifts and talents.I pray God’s comfort for you both.

My thoughts and prayers are with you today. I will miss Letz but I know she is in a better place and singing with the angels. I feel already as if she is watching over Maura and I. Although we did not see each other much I have known her almost all of my life and of course I have known the family she became part of since the day I was born. I will look forward to the day I will see her again in our heavenly home, and I know she will rejoice along with us with every new step and stride that Maura is able to make. Love to you all

Frank and Laura,
My thoughts and sympathy are with you. Letz and I went to college together and kept in touch for years. I teach at Reynolds High School and enjoyed her company when she signed as a sub. She was a very special person with so much to give, and I was lucky to know her.
I am saddened by your loss. You are in my prayers.
(An AGAPE friend and Christian)
Frank & Laura,
Karen, I & the Girls all were deeply saddend by the passing of Letz, we will all miss her for now, but look forward to our reunion in heaven one day.
I was so saddened to hear of Letz death. I have so many fond memories of Letz. She always had a smile and a positive word. In the winter of 1977 our water froze at Alta Vista for 6 weeks. We would do with the 5 gallon jugs dad brought back and forth from the dairy. One Sunday Letz invited me to the use of a bathroom, she was living in the Stroupe’s basement. It was so nice to take a real bath!I look forward to the days we are altogether in heaven for ETERNITY!
