Dear Rhonda:
I am hoping this is the same Rhonda Ingle I worked with on North Market Street in the 1980s. Rhonda, do you realy have five children?? Anyway, I know that one of the toughest things we will ever have to do is to give up a mother. Please know that my prayers are with you. With pleasant memories and lots of love,
Joan

Welcome Home Granny!
Rhonda: Just to say your Mother was the best neighbor anyone could have. We have known Tootsie since April 1958 when we first moved into the neighborhood. We know how hard it is to lose your Mom but keep the good memories in your heart and she will always be with you. May God keep you in His loving hands to help you thru this ordeal. Dear Rhonda, I grew up on ‘Pea Ridge’ as our little community was called; the daughter of Charles and Vera Elkins. Please accept my deepest condolences in the loss of your Mother. We buried my Mother on June 7th 2012. I graduated with Jerry and I knew Bill. I have fond memories of the people who lived in that community. Both sets of my grandparents lived there many years ago. Oh, how time passes; but memories last.
