Lynn Gayle (McCullough) Cuevas, 68, gently passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 after a long, fearless battle with kidney disease.

Growing up, Lynn was a zealous reader and loved school. She continued her commitment to learning as an early elementary school educator in Highland, IN and then at Heritage Hall in Hendersonville, NC. She continued to show her strong work ethic and cheery helpfulness as a dedicated WalMart employee for more than 20 years.

Lynn is survived by her son, Raymond McCullough (Emily); three grandsons Bryce, Caleb, and Cray; aunt Joan Moore; sister-in-law Barbara Honkoski McCullough; nieces, Colleen McCullough and Laura Wolf (Shawn); and nephew Patrick McCullough (Beth).

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert “Bruce” McCullough and Barbara Moore McCullough; brother Bruce McCullough, and daughter Michelle Cuevas.

Those who knew Lynn best know she hated being fussed over. Per her wishes, there will be no services.

We ask that those who wish to honor Lynn’s generous nature volunteer their time at their local public library or make a donation to Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue in Hendersonville, NC
