Maggie Kitchen Wells, 81, of 172 Bradley Branch Road, Arden,
died Saturday, September 26, 1998, at the Oaks of Sweeten Creek.
Mrs. Wells was a native of Cherokee County, SC, and was a
daughter of the late Creed and Osie Batchler Kitchen.
She is survived by three sisters, Marie Honeycutt of Arden, Betty
Chappel of East Flat Rock, and Polly Thompson of Panacea, FL and
several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday at Calvary Episcopal
Churchyard.
Her family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the
cemetery.
Groce Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
