She was a retired nurse with St. Joseph's Hospital.
Survivors include four daughters, Joyce Moss of Candler, Frankie Church of Barnardsville, Alta Lowe of Asheville and Mary Alice Long of Morristown, TN; one son, John M. Lowe of Asheville; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 29, at Bethesda Cemetery in Morristown, Tennessee, with the Reverend G.A. McCurry and Reverend Lucas Respondek.
Her family will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian.
