Marcelina B. Semblante, 85, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015, at Aston Park Health Care Center in Asheville.
Born in Manila, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Marcelino Semblante and Natividad Bostre Semblante.
She is survived by daughters, Evelyn Wehrenberg Riddle (Earl) and Armida Johnson; sons, Anthony Wehrenberg and Arnaldo Johnson; sister, Consolacion Flores; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Fr. Dean Cesa at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Monday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue, after which the family will receive friends.
