We were so sorrowed to here of the passing of your mom. Our deepest condolences to each of you. I will always have fond memories of spending time with her and your Dad when we were kids. These were some of my favorite memories of growing up. She will always be my Aunt Winkie. I am so glad that my children and me were able to spend some time with her this summer when we were visiting. I know that Amy wished she could have also been there to see her. I know she is now in heaven with your Uncle Raoul and Jesus.

  13. Dear Cindy and Glen and Mike and Paula,

Aunt Winkie will be missed! Her sweet disposition and caring attitude are what I remember most of her. She was always so kind to me as a little girl and I loved visiting her and Uncle Raoul in Asheville! Since mom and dad moved back to Asheville, I got to see more of Aunt Winkie when I came to visit, and nothing had changed… she was still the sweetest person with a great laugh and smile!

May you all have courage and strength during this difficult time.

    Love, Lisa
