Mona D. Ingle Warren, 56, of 82 Averys Creek Road, Arden, died Thursday, February 18, 1999, in an Asheville hospital.

Mrs. Ingle was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Robert J. and Sylvia Aretha Jackson Ingle. She was a bookkeeper for Maintenance Supply Co. and was a member of Sardis United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, James B.R. Warren; three sons, James B.R. Warren II of Arden, Robert A. Warren of Candler, and Derrick D. Warren of Asheville; a god-daughter, Lisa Brakefield of Asheville; her grandmother, Willie A. Jackson of Asheville; two sisters, Sandra L. Sluder of Weaverville and Roberta J. Owen of Asheville; a brother, Allen M. Ingle of Asheville, and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3:30 pm Sunday at Sardis United Methodist Church with the Rev. Enoch Ball, Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Her family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Saturday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue where Mrs. Warren will remain until being placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service.
