Nancy Shoffner Allen

Nancy Shoffner Allen, 60, of 60 Hornot Circle, Asheville, died Friday, April 28, 2000 in an Asheville hospital. Mrs. Allen was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Carl and Kathryn Courtney Shoffner. She was a member of the Basilica of St. Lawrence, D.M. She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Brazille of Longmont, CO; four sisters, Helen Marie Roberts, Margaret Ann Young, Dorothy Elizabeth Dalton and Catherine Vera Henderson all of Asheville, and two grandchildren, Matthew and Morgan Brazille of Longmont, CO. A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 pm Tuesday by the Rev. Fr. Christopher Davis in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends immediately following the service.
