Oliver "Buster" Lloyd Miller

Oliver "Buster" Lloyd Miller, 76, of Asheville, died Friday, February 28, 2014. A native of Buncombe Co., he was a son of the late Leslie Donald and Minnie Belle Hylton Miller. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Ana Mae Thomas, Louise Moore, and Sara Belle Davis; and brothers Benjamin Franklin Miller and Leslie "Don" Miller. Mr. Miller worked as a security officer. He is survived by a daughter, Deborah Anne Klimis of Norfolk, VA; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Piney Mountain United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Ron Hartman and Dan Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave., and one hour before the service on Wednesday at the church.
