Pauline "Polly" Frisbee

Pauline "Polly" Roselee Stanley Frisbee, 67, of Leicester went to be with her heavenly father Friday April 11, 2014. Polly was the daughter of the late Horace Stanley and Allie Reems Frisbee. She is survived and will be missed by her son Danny Frisbee; daughters Tammy Garavaglia and husband Roger, and Faye Hessler and former husband James; seven grandchildren Jill, Jonathan, Jeremy, Gage, Darby, Kaylee, and Christian; five great grandchildren Skyler, Kyleigh, Ayden, Sydney, and Manix; brothers Richard Stanley and wife Helen, and Lester Stanley and wife Wilma. Mrs Frisbee served as a caregiver to many people, most recently caring for her granddaughter, Kaylee. She loved gardening, quilting, canning, and all animals. Polly was also a lifelong believer in Jesus Christ. A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave, Monday April 14, 2014 at 6:00 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may send donations to the American Cancer Society 120 Executive Park, Bldg 1, Asheville, NC 28801.
