Peggy Watts Blackwell

Peggy Watts Blackwell, 86, most recently of Givens Estates, Asheville, NC, died on October 16. She was born in Buncombe County December 10, 1927 to the late Roy and Bonnie Watts. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert M Blackwell and daughter, Cathy Rockecharlie. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Dianna and Jeffrey Goodman of Asheville, a son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Lisa Blackwell of Milton, Georgia, eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a sister, Cubby Shepherd and her family of Anderson, SC. A family remembrance will be held Sunday, October 19 at 3:00 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, SC. With visitation to follow the service.
