Anita,
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you in the loss of your Dad. I have many fond memories of your dad, and your mom. As a kid I couldn’t wait for them to come visit us. And then they started bringing this lovely curly headed child with them who was the joy of their lives. I loved your dad very much. The Owenby family is not as blessed now that he is gone. May your memories console you and may God bless you. It would be nice if we could keep in touch.
With my thoughts and prayers,
Karen Owenby
Anita, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have been through this and know it is not easy. Moms and Dads are part of our lives forever and you are such a wonderful, kind and loving person because of them. Love you!
Dear Anita,
Gene loved talking with your dad when he came by your house to visit or let someone in. He would always take time to stop and talk to us when we were in our own yard working. We share in your memories of this special Dad. Anita, you have been such a loving, giving, and faithful daughter. You are in our prayers. We love you!
Anita,
Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear of your dad’s passing. He was such a wonderful, talented and gracious man. I will miss talking to him for hours at a time and drinking countless cups of coffee. Your dad was one of a kind and he will be missed by all of us who knew him. I am sorry that I heard of this too late to be with you. You are in my thoughts and prayers and if there is anything I can do for you, do not hesitate to ask.
Anita,
I have fond memories of your Dad gained throughout my lifetime. Even though our paths crossed sporadically, I have known both of your parents all of my days. Their love for and delight in you always beamed through their eyes, an undeniable reflection of their hearts. I am thankful that we are family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May the grace, the power of God carry you in the days ahead as you continue to lean on Him.
Love and Blessings always,
Karen Owensby Baumgardner

Love, Sandra & Brooke
Anita,
We are so glad that we were able to come & spend a few days with you during this sad time. You & your family have been involved in our lives for a long time and for this we are very thankful. You are our family too & Joe will always be a big brother & I a loving friend. If you need to run away from home, we are just down the mountain.
And when you feel sad, think of all those wonderful times & the laughter shared. There’s no more pain & suffering for Dad and now he is with Mom. And for that we can feel comfort in our hearts. Take things one day at a time & in small doses. That advise is from Joe, your personal pharmacist brother.
We will talk with you later. So until then, we love you & hold you so close in our hearts & prayers.
