Robert Michael "Mike" Schlenker, 37, of Asheville, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
Mike was born August 2, 1977, in Sylva, NC. He was a member of the Blue Ridge A.P.A.
Mike is survived by his parents, Thomas Schlenker and Jeannetta Sumner-Olsen; his wife, Lee Fisher; sister, Jamie Schlenker Mitchell; and his brother, Chris Schlenker.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, at Oak Forest Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to LEAF Schools & Streets, EMErgence, 377 Lake Eden Rd., Black Mountain, NC 28711.
