Rose Mary Pavone

Rose Mary Pavone, "94", of Asheville, died Monday, November 24, 2014. A native of New York, she was a daughter of the late Michael Rainone and Caterina Lisanti Rainone. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Pavone, her daughter, Catherine Malley; and by five siblings. Mrs. Pavone is survived by her son, John Pavone and his wife, Amy Saunooke; grandchildren, Patrick Pavone, Meganne Pavone, Jason Pavone, Lexi Saunooke, Scott Malley, and Peter Malley; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jean Grotano. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CarePartners Adult Day Services, PO Box 25338, Asheville, NC 28813.
