Dear Stevie and Ricky:
I have known Roy since I was a young girl. He often drove his father to visit with my father, and my Mom and Roy’s mom were the very best of friends. I remember him coming to school to pick up Norma on his big Harley. He refinished much of my furniture when he had the shop in Candler. You both were often at my house to play with the girls. I have always loved you both like my own. Roy had a special way of livening up things. I have always thought so much of your entire family and will miss Roy so very much. I am so sorry for your loss.
Love always, Dot
Jr. was a talented and caring person who enjoyed life in every way. He loved his family and friends which was shown through his words and deeds. Every one that knew him enjoyed the journey through life with him and he certainly will be missed. He has now received the ultimate reward that he was promised for a job well done and he will have nothing but happiness and peace. My love, thoughts and prayers are with you.
WE are saddened to hear about your loss. It is a loss to all of us who knew Roy. I attended school with Roy and Blake knew him also. We send you our heart felt condolences and share with you your sorrow.
With Sincere Sympathy,

I was saddened to hear of your loss. In my eyes, your daddy was a great man. I never left a visit with him that he didn’t leave a little piece of his wisdom with me. For that, I feel blessed to have known him.
Thank you for letting me meet you Mr. Roy O’Kelley. You will be missed.
Roy and I graduated from Candler High in’54. He came to our reunions, and it was always good to talk to him. My thoughts are with you.
