Sandra Barber Livesay, 57, died Friday, April 23, 1999, in the Hospice Solace Center.
Mrs. Livesay was born in Buncombe County, was a daughter of the late Thomas Charles and Marie Wright Barber, Sr., stepdaughter of Frances Wilson Barber of Asheville, and wife of the late Edward Livesay. She formerly worked for the American Red Cross.
In addition to her step-mother, she is survived by two sons, Clifford Livesay and Charles Livesay and three grandchildren.
No local services are planned.
