Sandra Gail Hanson. Daughter of Glenn Normie Hanson and Florella “Alice” Hanson. Heiress to Hanson & Dahl, a prominent Furniture, Funeral and Fur Atelier in Dawson, Minnesota.

Sandra Gail was seemingly shy to those who did not know her but wickedly clever and loving to those fortunate enough to be invited into the fold. She was the type of woman that brought in strays of all kinds, be they four-legged, two-legged, winged or furry.

She could soothe any soul with a warm hand or if you were lucky, one of her favorite songs. Her signature scent was Red Door by Elizabeth Arden. Perhaps a subconscious nod to her Lutheran upbringing. Or perhaps just a really great scent.

Moonbeam, you will be missed beyond measure. But we know where to find you. Amongst the bluebirds along the walking bridge.
