I was a co worker with Mrs Erwin at West Buncombe Elementary. Such a lovely and fun lady! I will be praying for her family.

  10. Richard and family, Sharon was a precious lady and we had a good times during school spending time at her mom & dads home and my family also. We had been friends for years. The last time I saw her was at our class reunion. I pray that God will give you all peace as you know Sharon entered the gates of heaven. There will be a day that you will see her again. My prayers are for you and the family. Jim & Mary Frances Nelms

  11. Sharon and I were at LHEHS and I remember how she had such an infectious smile. I was glancing at The Hillbilly 1963 yesterday and saw her photo. We didn’t keep in touch all these years, but God blessed us with marriages, children and grandchildren. Sharon is with God and praying all her family and friends know she is at peace. God bless all and the memories you have of this wonderful woman.

  12. Sharon and I were good school friends. I enjoyed running into her from time to time out shopping or having lunch. Our friendship goes back a long way. She was a sweet person. We even shared the same birthday. HUGS

  13. Sharon holds a special place in my heart and memories We had lots of fun in school from Hall Fletcher, Lee Edwards and UNC Asheville. Good times.

  14. So sorry to learn Sharon has left us. Did not know her well at Lee Edwards but enjoyed being with her at our covered dish suppers and getting to know her then. We will all remember the good times there.
