Sophie 'Sue' Bolick

Sophie 'Sue' Riedl Bolick, 71, of 80 Old Lime Kiln Road, Arden, died
Saturday, January 30, 1999.
She was a native of Germany and wife of the late Elsworth A. 'Jack'
Bolick,. Jr., who died in 1991. She was a lifetime member of the Good
Sams Camping Club, the Holiday Ramblers and the Young at Heart and
Ladies Guild of St. Barnabas Catholic Church.
She is survived by three sons, Joseph Bolick and Jerry Bolick of Arden,
Elsworth 'Jay' Bolick, III of Asheville and six grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be said at 6:30 pm Monday in St. Barnabas Catholic
Church conducted by the Rev. John Schneider. The family will receive
friends following the service.
Interment will be at 10am Tuesday in the Pisgah View Memorial Park.
At other times the family will be at the home of Jerry Bolick, 84 Old Lime
Kiln Road.
Memorials may be made to Mountain Area Hospice, P.O. Box 16,
Asheville, NC 28802.
Groce Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
