Terry Lynn Williams

Asheville ~ Terry Lynn Williams, 41, of 50 Campground Road, died unexpectedly Tuesday, April 16, 2003 in a local hospital. A native of Buncombe Couney, Mr. Williams was the son of Gloria McMahan Williams of Skyland and the late Lloyd Jack Williams, who died in 2000. Mr. Williams was employed by Prestige Subaru as an auto salesman. Survivors, in addition to hs mother, include a daughter, Amanda Williams of Candler; a sister, Patricia Justus of Saluda; two brothers, Trent Williams of Arden and Kenneth Williams of Mills River; his former wife, Angie Franks of Candler and a special friend, Judy Fitch of Asheville. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road with Rev. Perry Brindley officiating. Interment will follow in New Salem Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Carl Walker, Chris Sprinkle, Ed Izlar, Eddie Cook, Rick Morral and Joe Edwards. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to an education fund for Amanda Williams.
