  1. So very sad to learn of “T”‘s passing. We will always love and miss her and Bobby, and we know there is rejoicing in Heaven now they are together once again. She so loved her home, church, children and grandchildren; deep condolences to the family and her many friends. What a sweet, funny, strong, loving lady, who knew all about Southern hospitality. We celebrate your life, T, and all the love you brought to this world.

  2. My heart is broken to hear of T’s passing. Sending prayers and comfort to her family.

    • Scott and Marquita, we were so sorry to hear about your mom. Both she and your dad were dearly loved by so many. T was a wonderful lady and I am grateful I had the opportunity to call her my friend.

  4. Prayers for the family. T has touched so many, but especially those with children. She provided childcare for one of my sons for a short period. Her heart was so loving…I remember picking him up one day and both she and Bobby were outside showing the children a hummingbird’s nest. She will be missed.

  5. Thoughts and prayers for Scott and Marquita and family. My childhood would have never been the same without Bobby, T, Scott, and Quita. Love you guys always!

  6. Scott, Marquita and family,

We are so sorry for your loss. We all loved T, and she will be missed.
    Love to you all.

  7. While we didn’t know Mrs Christopher, her son Scott has been a member of our family for some time, as the
wonderful husband of our niece Emily. We have been proud to call him an “in-law”, and send our sincere sympathy to Scott and his family at this sad time.

  8. Scott and Marquita

  11. Our deepest sympathy to Scott and Marquita. We grieve for the passing of your mother, our friend and member of our families, yet our sorrow is lightened by the memories of her, and the love we hold in our hearts.

  12. Marquita and Scott and families- We are heartbroken and so very sorry for your loss. T was a dear woman– friend, mentor, and “mother” to so many. John and I will always remember the love and laughter she (and your dad) brought into our lives. Our prayers are with you all.

  13. I was so saddened to see that my friend T passed away. We have been friends since my husband and I moved here 9 years ago and I started water classes at the Y. She made the class so much fun. The last time I spoke with T she called me to “vent” about the trash can situation (we live just down the road in Avery Park) and she had me laughing so hard I cried. With the current virus situation, I will not be able to attend the memorial service. I wanted her family to know that those of us outside the family will be missing her very much also.

  14. To Scott and Marquita and families,
I’ve loved your mom and dad a long time as they kept both Jason and Aaron in your home while I worked. We laughed, played, danced, cooked and cried together. My heart hurts deeply for your families. She will be greatly missed by her friends, her church, her community and most of all her loving family.May You feel Gods arms wrap you in His love and grace during the next few days , weeks and years!

  15. I went to school with both Theresa and Bobby I am so sorry for your loss Prayers for all family members

  16. Theresa was a friend from Class of 66 at Roberson. She always had a smile on her face. Our “girls classmate luncheon” every summer won’t be the same without her. Our prayers to her family. May God be with you all.

  17. My thoughts and prayers are with the family members of Theresa…Bobby and Theresa were classmates from Class of 1966 At T.C. Roberson..Her wonderful laughter and stories will be missed by all of us at our summer girls luncheon.

  18. We offer our condolences to the family of Theresa Lanier Christopher — a great friend and fellow student in the 1966 graduation class of T. C. Roberson High School. She was such a special friend during those high school years. I also enjoyed her husband Bobby whom I remember fondly. I looked her picture up in our ’66 Roberson annual when I read of her passing and I was touched where she had written by her picture “To a great bus driver! Love, Theresa.” It was a pleasure being a fellow student of Theresa as well as her Bus Number 12 school bus driver. My wife and I prayerfully remember the family during this time and may you experience God’s presence during this difficult time.
