Betty and family,
You have been in my prayers during your time of loss. Your family was very special to my brother (Jim Smith) and me and a very important part of the Enka Baptist Family. I know that Tom will be missed by all who knew him. May God Bless each of you and give you the strength to endure the days ahead.

Dear Betty,
Just this evening, as I was studying for my Greek class tomorrow, I was translating Philippians 1:23 and I thought about you. Paul says that to depart this life is to have taken up residence in the presence of the Lord.WOW! May you find comfort and joy in this thought. We love you and miss you.
We remember Tom’s leadership when our children were involved with Athletic programs at Hominy Valley Recreation Park. He made a difference.
Our condolences.
