Tyrone Derek "Ty" Morrow, Jr., 51, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 1, 2013.
Ty loved all types of music, playing cards with his friends on Friday nights, and playing Scrabble with his family.
Ty was preceded in death by his younger sister, Katherine Dover. He is survived by his mother, Elvira Morrow of Asheville; father, Tyrone Morrow, Sr. of Asheville; aunt, Virginia Velez of Asheville; brother, Patrick Morrow and wife Susan of Asheville; sister, Becky Kirk and husband Andrew of Candler; six nieces; three nephews; and one great-niece.
A funeral service for Ty will be on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave. with Fr. Dean Cesa officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.
His family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

I know this is a difficult time for your family and I hope during a quiet moment you find solace in the reassurance that is found in the bible at Rev 21:4 it says ‘And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more… The former things have passed away.’
