Mr. Fulp, I’m so sorry to the family in this trying time. I mr you Mr. Fulp when I was 15 and I will never forget those words “Mr. Bridges, I don’t play so don’t try me.. lol..” but you treated me with love and respect got me on the right track to get my head right and finish my time. You helped push me to growing and told me to stay straight when I was released, and for that I thank you and again as we said before getting off the phone, stay focused and out of trouble. 😢

Victor Eugene Fulp, 78, of Asheville, NC passed away on May 15, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Fulp and Charlotte Randolph Fulp and a brother, William “Rocky” Fulp, II.
He is survived by his sisters; Gwendolyn Thrasher, Jean Johnson, Linda Alexander, and Rita Fulp; and one brother, Jerry Fulp.
Victor served his country in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War and worked in Security for University of North Carolina at Asheville.
He loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews whom he adored.
He will be missed by his family and friends.
A graveside service will be Friday, June 6, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Candler, NC with Military Honors.
Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Road is assisting the family.
