Guestbook

  1. My deepest sympathy to the Freeman family. My Mom and Dad, Francis Huntley and Blaine (Blankenship) Huntley, both Fairview natives, were from the same generation as Mr. Freeman in their 90s, if they were still alive, and probably were in class together at Fairview School. They were Greatest Generation through and through. We will not see their likes again. Once again, my deepest sympathy. Gerry Huntley. 828-318-4013. gerryh1947@yahoo.com

  2. Bill was a great father-in-law to me. He and Ailene always made me feel welcome during our visits and we had some great times talking about their lives together. He really enjoyed talking about cars and hiking while we drank coffee together. Bill was a wonderful grandfather to Kyle and I’m sure he’ll be looking down on him. My prayers go out to Deb and Diane during this time of grief.
