William Walter Gregory

William Walter Gregory, 89, went to be with the Lord on Thursday January 29, 2026. He was a member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church, Fletcher NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents Norman Gregory and Martha Gregory and his brother Robert Gregory.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Anne Gregory, children, Steven Gregory (Debbie), Pamela Wilcox (David) and Jeffrey Gregory, 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and his younger brother Richard Gregory.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Boiling Springs Baptist Church, building fund, 1291 Fanning Bridge Road, Fletcher, NC 28732 or Elizabeth House, care of Four Seasons Foundation at www.fourseasonsfdn.org.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Shepherd Memorial Park in Hendersonville, NC. Pastor Phillip Luther and David Wilcox will officate.

Pallbearers are Steve Gregory, Jeff Gregory, Justin Gregory, Joshua Wilcox, Sergio Martinez, Ryan Howell and Kenny Scoggins. Honorary Pallbearers are Bryce Gregory and Colton Gregory.

Groce Funeral Home’s Lake Julian team is assisting the family.
