Tootsie was one of the nicest people I have ever known. She never let her handicaps stand in her way. She was always friendly and happy. It was a real pleasure to have known her. My husband (B. C. Mills, Jr.) also loved her.
Dear Doris,
So sorry to hear about Tootsie. She was a sweetheart and we enjoyed getting to see her. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Sandy Jackson
To all My Relatives; I am sorry to see that Tootsie has passed away. She was always so much fun. I saw her last and one of our family reunions about 2 years ago. We sat together while we ate. She was always so sweet. She would spend some nights at our house with Ruth when it snowed and they worked at Vanderbilt together and Tootsie could not make it home. Another lady, my sister in law Gelene King worked with her also and she is always telling me how much fun Tootsie had at work but was still able to get all of her work done. I know she will be missed by all of the family but she will be with Don whom she loved dearly. I will keep you in my prayers.

Am so sorry I didn’t get to meet her. Moved as her neighbor last year. Heard so many great things about her. I know she is in heaven now, painfree and having a wonderful time.
