So sorry Randy for the loss of your dad. You are in my prayers. I remember a few years ago when you and he came to Daddys office on Merrimon and talked about Crossfire. He was a great friend to my dad and was always so kind to me. Im sure that sweet smile is lighting up Heaven. Terri Lynne
My prayers and thoughts are with the family during this most difficult time. Mr. & Mrs. Shepherd were insureds at the company I worked for with Mr. Tomberlin. Randy has always been willing to help with VBS and services at our church, Lighthouse Baptist in Barnardsville. A very devoted christian family. Again, you are all in my prayers.
Randy & Betty, we are so sorry for the loss of Delyn. He will be missed by so many. Keeping you in our prayers.
Dear folks my thoughts and prayers are with you. I count all you as our dear friends. Delyn is one whom we love and appreciate greatly. May our God be your comfort and strength. We will see him again because of his faith in Christ. Tom

We send our love and prayers to you. Delyn was an inspiration to so many and we have often talked about how he tackled each health problem through the years. He certainly showed he was a man of Christian faith in every situation. We love you dearly.
Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.’ -Phil 4:4. Brother Randy, these words continue to comfort me after my father passed on 5 years ago. Our fathers fought the good fight, finished their races. We are still running our races, but they will meet us at the finish line! My family’s prayers are with you.

Miss Betty, Randy and family,
What a wonderful blessing on Earth Mr. Shepherd was to all who knew him. Remember him fondly from when I worked for Dr. Manley. Thank you Mr. Shepherd for always showing God’s love and for giving all who knew you, your heart. It has been a blessing to know you. The saying that says… you meet someone and they stay in your heart forever. That is so true of your whole family. Much love and prayers for peace during this difficult time.
Our thoughts & prayers will remain with the family. We absolutely thought the world of Delyn! May God hold all of you close during this very difficult time. Thomas H. Hopkins, Barbara Hopkins & Kimberly Hopkins
