Lillian Hare, 82, of Pinners Cove Road, Asheville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Leonard and Ida Owensby Bradley and wife of the late Andrew William Hare, Jr. She also was preceded in death by two sons, Michael and Brian Hare; a grandson, Larry Hyatt, Jr.; five brothers, L.G., Furman, Eldon, Ancel and Mitchell Bradley and two sisters, Frances Williams and Betty Lou Hare. She is survived by a daughter, Janice Hyatt and her husband, Larry; grandsons, Michael Hare and fiancée, Trisha, Joseph Hare and wife, Kelly; a granddaughter, Hannah Hawkins and six great grandchildren, Tristen, Lilly, Austin, Andrew, Hayden and Haleigh. She is also survived by a sister, Ethelene Dotson; a brother, Franklin Bradley and a daughter-in-law, Joanna Hare. Mrs. Hare was a long time member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church and a funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday at the church conducted by the Revs. Walter and Donald Hare. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Keith, Joseph and Michael Hare, Stan and Andrew Rhodes and Dennis Dotson. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is assisting the family.
