Guestbook

  1. Richard my friend you will be missed– you were a truly great friend. We had much fun at work –Thank you for caring and lending a ear when needed. I will miss talking to you. Love Linda Carver

  2. Not just another person in my life who is a fleeting moment. More so a person who has touched my life in a manner that goes beyond love with a bond between two people that was built on mutual respect, trust, and unconditional friendship.

A piece of my heart goes with him. The piece that belongs only to him.
My step-dad? only a legality, Dad, a reality.

I praise Jesus Christ for dying on the cross that we may spend eternity in heaven with Him. God’s Grace will pour over all who’s hearts are grieving.

Dad, I love you and miss you already.I imagine you reunited with your loved ones in heaven. What a beautiful image! And, I am happy for you!

  3. Richard was a great neighbor. Always stopping to talk and say hello to Rocky. We will miss seeing him. He always had a smile and never missed saying hello whenever he had a chance.

  4. This has been a difficult time for all of us. Thinking of Mary and the rest of the family this evening. Praying that God will be with us all. We loved our #5 of 12 dearly and will miss him.

  5. I am not able to be in NC for the service there, but my heart will be there. However, I will be able to be with him here in WV. Keep his family and friends here in your prayers and we will remember his family and friends in NC in ours. Thanks everyone for everything.

  6. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mary and Mark. I hope you find comfort in all the fond memories you built over the years. Love always, Aunt Margie

  7. Our hearts are breaking over the loss of our brother. We are so sorry that we are unable to be there tonight. We will say our good-byes to him, here, on Sunday, but we will be there, in spirit, tonight.

  8. Mary,
So sorry for your loss.We are praying for you that God will give you comfort and peace. We will miss Richard, he was a great neighbor.

  9. Debbie and I have known Dick for many years. I had the pleasure of working with Dick at RNM and I must say he had a wonderful work ethic, which he would quickly tell you began in WV at home. I will miss the talks of dogs, family, firearms, motorcycles, bowling and Gospel Music. We all loved Dick’s sense of humor; which could be described ‘as a matter of fact’, but having a soft side if you knew him as we did.
Take your rest my friend, you have fought a good fight and ran a good race, now its time to walk with ‘the One’ who all those Gospel songs were written about.

    Charlie and Debbie (Sunshine) Garrett

  10. Though we cannot be there in person, we are there in spirit and will say our goodbyes on Sunday here at home Love and prayers to all in NC. We will love and miss you forever Uncle Dickie

Love Judy, David and Randy Lee and sister-in-law Lois Powell
