Granville Corn, 83, of Asheville, died Monday, February 11, 2013, at the Brian Center of Weaverville.
A native of Buncombe Co., he was a son of the late Gary and Kittie Brown Corn.
Mr. Corn is survived by a brother, Joe Corn.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Pisgah View Memorial Park.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.
Granville was one of the kindest men I have known. I never heard him say much of anything negative about anyone. He will be missed. I will always remember the kindness he showed me. May he find the peace he so richly earned. He is in my prayers.
I want to send my prayers to your family. I understand what you may be going through,, what helps me is that knowing that god promises a grand future with our loved ones again soon, free of sickness and death. May god be with you
