Ezetta Cara Brown

Ezetta Cara Robinson Brown, 99, of Leet Sluder Rd., Leicester, died Sunday, June 16, 2013. A native of Yancey Co., she was a daughter of the late John and Eva Scronce Robinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Russell Brown, daughters Sue Evelyn Brown Plemmons and Nancy Louise Brown Sumner, and by granddaughter Vicki Leigh Edwards. Mrs. Brown was retired from American Enka after 33 years of service. Her family was her most important focus. She is survived by a daughter, Shirley Marie Brown Sluder; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and sisters Era Robinson Cole of Skyland and Cilla Robinson Anders of Pineville. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the Grace United Methodist Church Cemetery.
