Guestbook

  1. Laura was a committed Christian, a wonderful person and a delight to know. With an infectious laugh and a modesty the belied her tremendous intellect and wealth of world knowledge, she was modest, unassuming and one of the best people my wife Christina and I have ever been privileged to know. One day I know that we will all be together in heaven sharing some baked salmon, wine, and laughing about all of this. Until then, you will always be in our hearts. Frank and Christina Abrams.

  2. Christopher,
My heart breaks for you with the loss of your precious Laura. Please know I am with you in thought and also with the Kleiber Family.

    Patii Sharp

  3. To the family of Laura Yavelow,
I am sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in knowing that ‘Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.’ (Psalm 34;18) With sympathy,

  4. Chris and the family of Laura, my deepest sympathies for the loss of Laura, who was a lovely person. I am so glad I had the privilege of meeting her and hiking with both of you through our Camino group.

  5. Losing a loved one in death touches everyone at some point in our lives. We are never ready no matter what the circumstances may be to say goodbye. Our hearts and spirits are crushed. We can take comfort in knowing that our Creator who is called at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 the God of all comfort holds out such wonderful blessings for us concerning our loved ones. He speaks of these future blessings at John 5:28,29 and Revelation 21: 3,4. May these promises from our heavenly Father along with the love and support of family and friends sustain you during this difficult time.

  6. Chris, I’m so sad for you. May the fullness of Our Lord’s comfort fill the very depths of your being

  7. Chris I only met Laura once or twice. First time at the wedding…you all seemed like such a happy couple…I am sorry for your and her families loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

  8. We know this is a tremendously difficult time for Chris, Laura’s mother, Fran and the rest of the family. We will also miss Laura, her easy laugh and sweet spirit. It was a tremendous blessing that God brought Laura and Chris together for the final years of Laura’s life. Because of her committment to Christ, we have the wonderful knowledge that we will see her again.

  9. Dear Chris, Fran, Lisa, Julie, Brittanie, Nikki, Randy, Celina, Stephanie and family,
