Terri Roseanne “Rose” Koppelman, 31, of Eldersburg, MD, died unexpectedly Friday, October 11, 2002, at her home.
She was the daughter of Jerry and Terri Trexler Dyer of Horse Shoe, formerly of Catonsville, MD.
Rose spent most of her life in Catonsville and was an employee of Becton-Dickinson in Sparks, MD. She graduated from Catonsville High School and attended Catonsville Community College. She subsequently received her BS Degree in Marine Biology from Salisbury State University, Salisbury, MD. She received a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Tyson, and infant daughter, Amber Rose. She is the granddaughter of Rebecca Dyer and the late Lloyd Dyer and the late Roby and Alice Trexler, all of Asheville. She is also survived by her sister, Bethany Welsh of Horse Shoe, aunts Debbie Reemes of Hendersonville and Peggy Ray of Asheville; aunt-in-heart Claudia Toone of Tracy’s Landing, MD; uncles Thomas Dyer of Erwin, TN and Dennis Trexler of Asheville; father and mother-in-law Edward and Susan Hines of Sewell, NJ; sister-in-law Stacey Stinsman of Brooklawn, NJ; brother-in-law James Hines of Sewell; and five nieces as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in the Asheville area.
A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Tuesday, October 15, in the Lake Julian Chapel of Groce Funeral Home, 72 Long Shoals Road, with the Rev. David Ray and Rev. Robin Orr, cousins of Rose, presiding.
Her family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 - 6 pm Tuesday, prior to the service.
