Katie Faye Lance

Katie Faye Clark Lance, 55, died Friday, March 25, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Lance was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Rev. Glen B, and Electa Ethel McCarson Clark. She was also preceded in death by a son, Timothy Adam Lance. She is survived by her husband, the Rev. William Lance; daughters, Tiffany L. Honeycutt and husband Christopher Honeycutt and Ka-Lyn L. McMahan and husband Tony McMahan; grandchildren, Chaz Boone, Brock McMahan, Amariel Honeycutt and Brody McMahan; sister, Glenna Sue McCoy (Buddy); and brothers, David M. Clark and Neil S. Clark (Wanda). Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday at Ridgeview Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
