Tommy Lee Huntsinger, 72, of Fletcher, passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at his residence.
A native of Buncombe County, he was a son of the late Harold and Azalee Hare Huntsinger.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Judy Harris Huntsinger; five children, Michelle Waid, Rev. Thomas Lee Huntsinger Jr, Michael Shuffler, Dale Shuffler and Tammy Candler; grandchildren Chris Huntsinger and Lexi Alley, along with 8 other grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, George Huntsinger, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at New Salem Cemetery with Reverends Rick Harris and Donald Hare officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian.
