Belinda Lea Hultberg, 65, of Asheville, died on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at her residence.
Born in Columbus, OH to the late Donald Lee and Mildred Delores Smith Schoby, she was a preschool teacher.
Survivors include her husband, David Godfrey Hultberg ; daughter, Liberty Lea Hultberg Ferda and her husband, Tucker; and a granddaughter, Lucy Lea Ferda.
Memorials may be made to Central UMC "Grow in Faith" fund, 27 Church St., Asheville, NC 28801.
Groce Funeral Home is assisting the family.
I have informed Vicki and she and I send our prayers to you and the family. Belinda fought the good fight with a glowing smile and God-inspired joy for each moment given her. Our prayers now turn to you and family as you adjust to your loss.

We were so sorry to hear this news at church Sunday morning. She was such a lovely lady with a nice smile. I admired her courage as she fought her battle with cancer. We will miss her. So sorry, Dr. Dave, Libby, and Tucker.
