I am so very sorry to learn of Earl’s death. He and Ruth, both were ‘pillars of the faith’ at Oak Forest and our families, it seemed were always very close. Not only did I know Earl through church; but, after my parents bought a house on the Manor Grounds, off of Charlotte Street in North Asheville he was our loyal mailman!!!
My prayers and love surround you All during this difficult time…….

  4. Earl was a very special man and I loved him dearly. He was one of the best men I ever had the privilege of knowing I know he’s in heaven now with all his friends and family.

  5. We send our sympathy in your loss. No matter how long our loved ones have been with us, it seems that it is never enough. We ask the great Comforter to cover you with His peace!

  6. To Cliff and Nancy Brookshire….so sorry to hear of your loss. Have wondered about the two of you for years….still two of my most favorite teachers so many years ago. Blessings to you and your family.
