I will truly miss my brother he was such a blessing to every one that came in contact with him so strong in faith and his belief in God and willing to share the word of God. Butch was always there for me when I needed some one to talk with, but there was one thing he taught me was to stay strong and to be positive and always look on the bright side of things because no matter how bad things can get you can always find some one worse off. Love you brother and will see you again .
So sorry to hear, prayers to you and your family.
Wonderful memories of him when he was young at the church on Craven Street. Prayers for all the family. I know he will be greatly missed.

Those of us who visited Butch saw a strong faith and thankfulness for his life here on earth. No complaining, taking each day as it was given to him with determination. His love of Vicki, grandchildren, brothers and sisters and friends were definitely shown by him. Our church life with the Warren family was so memorable and taught us a true love for one another. Dennis and I are very fortunate to know Butch and his family. What a time Heaven’s celebration has been since he arrived. We love you all. Sandra and Dennis

My Precious Brother, You’ll never know how much of an Impression you made on the Lives of People around you and of Me. Your Faith was so very Strong and as each Day came it only got Stronger. You Never Complained about anything, even when we knew you were in pain you would say ‘ I’m Fine ‘. No one ever knew really how much pain you were in. All the Nurses at the ‘Your’ VA Hospice would say they just wish you would ask for help. I remember you saying several times if your Legs were hurting you would see someone with No Legs. You spoke of how that God had a way of Humbling One. You said that no one would ever see you with No Hair or Teeth and Always Kept your Shirt Tucked in, But you Lost your Hair, Teeth and with the Feeding Tube you could Not Tuck your Shirt in, So you Thanked God For Humbling you. You would Always Lift us up when we came to Lift you up. You Spoke to Everyone you Passed in the Halls and they All Loved you. You would be in your Wheel Chair in your Room then take off down the hall to either Take Pizza, Donuts or invite the Nurses to come to your room and get something to eat.Thank you for Inspiring so many including me. I Love You ‘More’. Vickie, Ronnie, Brandy and Haley are in our Prayers as well as All Our Family. You are Missed and will Never Be Forgotten. Good Night My Dear Brother, Rest In Jesus Till we Meet Again.
