Ricky L. Moody, 60, of Arden, passed away Saturday, October 28 at the CarePartners Solace Center.
A native of McDowell County, NC, he was a son of Mildred L. Moody and of the late Guy Eugene Moody.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Robin Shingleton Moody; their two children, Bobby and Malinda Moody and one sister, Sandy.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at the Biltmore Church Of God. His family will receive friends art the church from 1-2 PM on Wednesday. A private, family-only interment will follow in Marion.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests that memorial donations be made to Robin Moody c/o Biltmore Church Of God, 1390 Sweeten Creek Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is assisting the family.
