Dear Jamie and Janet & Families, I am sorry to hear of Linda’s passing. I have fond memories of days in the Beta Sigma Phi, especially the 2004 convention at Grove Park Inn. May God grant you peace and comfort in the days ahead.
Our deepest sympathy,
Phil and Joyce Dover Evans
So very sorry for your loss. The family is in my thoughts and prayers. May God wrap his loving arms around th3 family and give you comfort during this time of loss.
Dear Jamie and Janet,
I believe your Mother was my favorite teacher of all times! She had the best smile and laughter even when I chose three swats with the paddle over three days with no recess. I was so ecstatic when she invited to your house to ride ponies. I fell off and landed in dung with barbed wire in it. I still have the scar on my leg. I remember her cleaning me up. She made a insecure, akward girl, homely girl feel special. She gave me the class clown award that year. I truly loved her.
I am so sorry for your loss.
Dear Jammie and Janet and family. I’m so sorry to here the passing of your Mom. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
Janet, we are very sad for the passing of your beautiful mother, Linda Warren. We haven’t seen her in years, of course, but in addition to her beauty she was a kind and gracious lady and a good mother. She will be missed.
Linda had great enthusiasm and love for living life to its fullest.
She was very creative, a great cook and an inspiring leader. Linda had the cutest laugh and was always happy and a lot of fun.
She even tried to make us laugh these last few days. I loved Linda very much. She will always have s special place in my heart.
Blessings to the family and dear friends.
My thoughts and sympathies are with Linda’s family and dear friend, Art Taylor.
My sincere condolences to Linda’s family. Linda was a wonderful teacher and a friend to many who new her.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Mrs Warren was one of my favorite teachers in the 6th grade. I seen her about a year ago and she remembered me after 45 years. I had to tell her my first name but she automatically remembered my last name. I even told her she still had a great memory and looked great. I don’t think she ever changed over the years. Always thought she was so pretty. Had a heart of gold. Never was rude to a classmate even when you knew she had a bad headache or a bad day. I’m sure she will be missed by many because she had such a great personality. RIP…
Linda’s positive spirit touched the lives of many people. She will always be loved and remembered by all who knew her. I especially admired my cousin’s strength and kindness. Sending love to all the family.
Hi Glen & Christy, Thank you so much for the beautiful words, they are truly heartfelt!
Janet, so sorry to hear of your sweet Mom’s passing. She was a beautiful lady with an exuberant spirit. I always enjoyed talking with her. You, your family, Mr. Taylor and all those that loved your mom are in my thoughts and prayers.
What an incredibly special lady…kind, loving, compassionate, generous and funny. To say she’ll be missed is a gross understatement. I feel so honored to have known her and Linda will always hold a special place in my heart.
I cherish the last time I saw and talked with her. In remembering Linda’s wisdom, wit and kindness, we will gain a portion of her strength. Exceptional mother, daughter, sister, teacher, we all loved her dearly. Sharing family ties with Linda was an honor.
We were fortunate to have Linda touch our lives. Doug was her student in the 6th grade. Many times in the community we have had former students, or parents of former students tell us how much they appreciated Linda. Aunt Linda had a wonderful wit and a contagious laugh. She had great courage and compassion for all living things.
Our prayers for the families and friends during this sad time.
I am sending prayers to all. Your mother must have been such a remarkable woman. Have comfort knowing that while your mom is in Heaven a part of her is still with you. God Bless.
Linda touched many lives in so many positive ways. Her joy, love, enthusiasm and compassion were ever-present throughout her life and given freely to those who knew her. As one of Linda’s cousins I am blessed to have known Linda my entire life. She will be missed greatly and held in the hearts of many. My love to Linda’s children, Janet and Jamie; her siblings, Mark, Vicki and Richard; and all of Linda’s family members.
