A memorial service for Mr. Cannady will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Asheville. The family will receive friends following the service.

What a wonderful heart & man of integrity! His children are greatest evidence. Proud to have been friends of his & family! Gail & I extend heartfelt sympathy to all.
I’m very sorry to hear of Mr. Cannady’s passing. He was a great man and truly lead by example. I was very fortunate to know him for a short time. My heart and prayers go out to you. May God bless you during this difficult time.
