Born September 19, 1950 in Indiana, Arthur was a son of the late Albert Earl Albin and Alice Mabel Runnion “Penny” Albin.
Surviving are his wife, Bonnie Owens; sisters, Dawn Angel Garris and Lois Albin; and brothers, Merritt Albin, Tommy Albin, and Ronnie Albin.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Corinth Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Groce Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
