Mrs. Silver was born August 30, 1928, in Monroeville, AL, to the late Grover Clifton Peoples and Edna Pauline Frye Peoples and she was married for 71 years to her loving husband, Charles Silver who passed on May 16, 2020.
Priscilla was a devoted member of Beverly Hills Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who delighted in crocheting, knitting, and quilting beautiful handmade items for family and friends. Priscilla enjoyed spreading her love to everyone who knew her. She was comforted by the beauty of nature and the goodness of God.
Mrs. Silver is survived by her two loving daughters, Bunnie Silver of Asheville, and Pauline Thrash (Rick), and grandchildren, Lola Thrash and Ricky Thrash, all of Asheville; a sister, Doris Mae Revon, of Gulfport, MS; and a brother-in-law, Paul Silver (Margaret), of Spruce Pine.
There will be no public service at this time.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of a dear neighbor. She was so good and optimistic. I will never forget the story Charles told of how they met. She had gone to a function where she met Charles. She came on a bicycle and Charles would not let her ride the bicycle home. He gallantry escorted her home in his vehicle.
Dearest Bunnie and family, please accept my most sincere condolences over the loss of your Mother. You are a devoted and loving family and your Mother received only the best from you. I know how terrible it is when your Mother passes away. Your Mother had a lot of accomplishments which is evidenced by your love. She was a lovely lady. Love, Lois Michalove.
Bunnie and Polly, your mother was such an inspiration to me. She was always so kind and had that twinkle in her eye that you knew you had her full attention. She was willing to share her artist talent and knowledge with everyone yet never expected anything in return other than a smile and a “thank you”. She will be greatly missed by all of her many admirers and friends. I just know that she and your Daddy are so happy that they are united again. Much love to both of you and your family.
